I have had fibromyalgia all of my life and I have learned that it's apart of me and there's no fighting it because I can't get rid of it. BUT IT DOESN'T OWN ME. I have worked many years looking for solutions to make our lives more bearable. Like you, I have suffered and cried about this "monster" within me. I just decided one day that this monster was no longer going to run my life and I researched everything I can about it. Often times, I find more questions than answers, so I keep researching .
